Content Client Application
This application is for new clients that want to take part in a content creation day as a model. The services for this day are at a discounted rate. The model application does not guarantee an appointment. Requirements for model are natural virgin hair or grown out highlights. No box dye. Model will be asked to come in with a full day availability, must be comfortable in front of the camera and speaking on videos. Model agrees to give all rights to any content created from the day to Sarayah and East Coast Salon indefinitely. Availability is based of Sarayah's work schedule (Saturdays or Sundays not available). Model agrees to all salon policys when applying for this application.
