Welcome to my shadowing program! This will be my most exclusive and extensive education program yet! You will get to come spend the day will me and experience a full work day behind my chair. This will give you 3-4 coloring color clients , anywhere from balayage to baby lights and all the real life problems solving skills in between. You will get to experience real life clients vs an ideal hair model you might get in class. I will show you everything from how I book my day, interact and guide my clients to be the one in charge berthed chair. I will show you how to book yourself to be the most productive with your time but insure a luxury experience. I will let you in on all my secrets and answer all your questions! I will give you exclusive content creation education, from photos and videos to stories and editing. I will also evaluate your social media help advise you on how to grow and improve your page. This intimate educational day will go beyond any class you’ve ever sat in on! This will be a true one on one experience with just you and I. When purchasing this ticket I will reach out and schedule a phone call meeting to talk about all you are looking to gain and experience and then we will book the day for your shadowing. A 3-4 week follow up call will be included to see how you have implemented all you have learned and answer any remaining questions you may have! An in person class focused on bringing back hand painted Balayage. This technique is not only super efficient and time efficient , It gives an extremely natural lived, look that is considered such a specialty. my technique requires so many less steps than your traditional foiling techniques. Learning this technique can help you maximize the amount of clients you can fit in your day while working smarter. I will teach you all of the techniques to create my signature Coastal Balayage on two live models, blonde, and Brunette. We will go in depth on formulation styling photography, social media marketing and all of the basics of business class will be from 9:30 AM to roughly 3 PM. Light beverages and snacks will be provided. This is a class. You surely won't want to miss.!
