Beyond the Balayage - look and learn
Class of 10 or less people. 3-4 hours of education. Start to finish balayage on live model, heverything from the consultation and painting techniques. I will teach and guide you in the life of salon ownership and when to make the moves in your career to grow yourself. We will go in depth about how to grow your social media and build a clientele and business from it. I will talk about how I book my appointments to give my guests the best experience. in addition I will explain the best way to raises your prices, when and how to go about it.
